 CCSSI  :  This is the home page for the Common Core State Standards Initiative.  It's a great place to have on your favorites as you become more comfortable with the standards.

Engage New York: This the state of New York's go-to site for teaching and learning resources.  They have extensive CCSS material available.

Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium: The Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium is state-led consortium that is designing one of the two New Generation Assessments.  This is the consortium that Kansas selected to produce it's new state assessments. 

Illustrative Mathematics: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation funds this website which is an initiative of the Institute for Mathematics and Education.  There is a variety of lesson resources available for teachers.  Each lesson is designed for a specific grade level and tied to the CCSS.
